The school year has come to an end! Miranda just finished 2nd grade. The second graders had an opportunity to receive three awards at their end of year awards assembly. One for being a responsible student (turn in homework on time), one for getting 100% or higher on all spelling tests during 4th quarter and one for being able to get 100 subtraction facts correct in 5 mins. and 100 addition facts correct in 5 mins. Way to go, Miranda, she earned all three!
Elena just finished kindergarten and participated in kindergarten graduation. Miranda was excited the school came to an end. Elena, on the other hand, wanted to stay in kindergarten forever.
