Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss (and Steve!!)! Normally, on Dr. Seuss' birthday the kids and I do the traditional reading of Green Eggs and Ham and then make green eggs. This year we made green eggs cookies! We frosted sugar cookies white and then put a blob of green frosting in the middle! Thanks for the great idea, Kim!!
